New construction (cure and seal) or existing concrete and is ideal for driveways, basement walls and floors, commercial concrete such as bridges, parking garages, pool decking, stucco, brick and masonry products. Virtually any concrete or substrate surface, V-Seal can be applied to and effectively reduce wear and erosion of concrete.

V-4 is usually a single application treatment. V-Seal must be applied above 35 degrees and allow 3-5 hours of drying time. No mixing is required. Surfaces should be clean and free of loose debris, dirt, mildew, oils and grease. The recommended surface may be slightly damp but not wet. V-Seal should be applied by low pressure spray. Coverage is approximately 150-200 sq. ft. gal., depending on the porosity of the surface. Call for tips when in doubt or as a cure & seal.
