For patios that are long-lasting and have great decorative appeal, V‑SEAL recommends the combination of penetrating sealers, which permanently bond with porous concrete or masonry offering strength, stain resistance and protection, and topical coatings, which offer additional protection as well as color enhancement and visually-appealing finishes. V‑SEAL 101 or 102 can be applied with a pump sprayer or roller. 102 is particularly suited well for broom finished concrete and rough masonry. Industra‑Gloss SB and Industra‑Gloss WB are topical coatings that are available in multiple colors and are perfect for decorative enhancement.
