V-SEAL 102 is a very special high tech sealer and the product of our R&D cementious laboratory. Our business is to fully understand concrete chemistry and its properties. V-SEAL 102 is an enhanced version of the 101 and great for commercial applications. Designed for inferior concrete out of the U.S. this makes V-SEAL 102 perfect for U.S. standards.

V-SEAL Concrete Sealer is a special formulated clear sealer that has a penetrating inorganic potassium modified material that "fuses" to concrete and helps stop water, oil, gas, grease, salts and other damaging fluids. V-SEAL 102 will allow entrapped water vapors to escape because the vapor molecule is significantly smaller. This vapor transmission is necessary if the substrate is to survive many freeze/thaw cycles. V-SEAL's unique formula reacts with the lime in the concrete to form a gel. The gel then hardens and consequently densifies the concrete, decreasing the moisture permeability and porosity. By V-SEAL's fusion, the substrate actually becomes better concrete and has even better topical closure than the 101.
