  8. Preferred access to introduction and delivery of all new V-Seal products.

  9. Discounted initial demonstration product and materials packages.

Authorized Wholesale Dealer/Distributor Criteria:

  1. Actively support local V-Seal customer sales. This includes homeowners, home builders, and appropriate businesses in their trade territory.

  2. Promote V-Seal products in your local area.

  3. Purchase initial start-up V-Seal inventory within 30 days of appointment.

  4. Maintain an adequate minimum inventory of V-SEAL products in order to service the dealer’s local market.

  5. Contact sales leads delivered by V-Seal in an expeditious and courteous manner. (no more than 1 business day).

  6. Provide product improvement and customer experience feedback both positive and negative, directly to V-Seal Controls Customer Service personnel.
